• Payment-related information — transaction references and status from our payment partner (we do not store full card details on our servers).

• Verify participants (including OTP-based verification), track referrals, and issue rewards according to your program rules.

4. Legal bases and customer role

If you are a business customer, you typically act as the controller of participant data you collect through your programs; ChirpXP processes that data on your behalf to provide the Services. You are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required for your participants.

Where we process data as a controller (for example account, billing, and website analytics), we do so to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests in running a secure SaaS product, and/or comply with legal obligations.

• Service providers who help us host, send email/WhatsApp messages, process payments, or provide analytics — under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
